Patatas rusticas
Lo primero que tenemos que elegir son unas patatas pequeñas o medianas del tamaño. Las lavamos muy bien y las ponemos con cáscara a hervir. El agua debe cubrir todas las papas. Cuando las papas estén medio cocidas apagamos el fuego. Inmediatamente colamos las patatas y las ponemos en agua fría para cortar la cocción. Dejamos enfriar.
